For those with insurance, your co-pay will depend on your specific plan and coverage. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits and co-pay amounts before scheduling a session.

If your plan requires a deductible to be met before coverage begins, you will be responsible for the full session fee until your deductible has been satisfied. I’m happy to provide you with a receipt or superbill if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your insurance provider.

For those without insurance, private pay options are available.
Cash Pay Options
I understand that insurance may not always cover the services you need, and some may prefer not to use insurance. That’s why I offer cash pay options for all my services, allowing you to receive the care you need without insurance.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, please note the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged.
